Qol kures is one of the traditional national games of the Kazakh people, in which two individuals rest their arms on a table and compete in strength. This game has a deep-rooted history and is an integral part of Kazakh traditional culture.
Today, qol kures remains popular, especially among the youth, with growing interest in the game. Various competitions are organized, and winners are awarded special prizes.
